How do I become a customer?

If you are a business owner and interested in purchasing our food service products, please contact us at (862) 264-6774. Our friendly sales representative will gladly assist you in setting up an account. They can also answer any questions you might have about how we can help you succeed

How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply contact our sales representative at (862) 264-6774. Any distributors can place an order directly with the sales representative assigned to them after completing our simple customer application.

How soon will I receive my products?

We always aim to provide our customers with their order within two weeks of placing the order. Our local customers frequently receive their orders in as little as 48 hours. You can also pick up your order at our location at the time of your choosing

Can individuals/non-businesses purchase directly from you?

Yes, just about anyone can purchase from us. We operate in both the Business-to-Business and Business-to-Customer space servicing Supermarkets,Wholesalers, Asian Specialty Stores, Restaurants, Independent Grocers and Fast Food Outlets. We also do business with non-business individuals.

Are the products on the website the only products that you offer?

While we try to list all of our products on our website, we frequently have products that simply did not make it onto the site yet. You can always contact one of our sales representatives to provide you with a full list of our available products.

What are the payment options?

You can pay by cash, cashiers check, money order or company check. We do not accept credit cards.

We offer products from Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines and much more

What are the payment terms?

Once we assign you a sales representative, they can inform you of your payment terms for all orders through us (upon credit approval)
